Compact Dry CF is a test plate with nutrient pad for determination and quantification of coliform bacteria in foods, cosmetics or raw materials.
The plates consist of a special 50 mm diameter petri dish containing a detection specific nutrient pad.
Test Format: 100 nutrient plates
Incubation Time / Incubation Temperature:
- 37 °C ± 1 °C for 24 ± 2 h (MicroVal, NordVal)
- 35 °C ± 2°C (AOAC)
