Saliva collectors are widely used in SARS-CoV-2 detection, gene detection, cytology sample processing, virology cell culture, ELISA and molecular diagnostics.

The oral saliva sample is collected through a collection tube. The uniform mixing of the collected saliva with saliva preservation solution ensures the integrity of DNA/RNA.

Process:

1. Clean the mouth before collecting saliva sample. Place the tongue against the root of the upper or lower jaw to collect saliva.
2. Use the funnel of collector to collect 2 mL saliva sample.
3. Keep the collector upright, open the cover of preservation solution tube.
4. Add all preservation solution into the saliva collector tube.
5. Keep the collector upright, loosen the funnel of saliva collector tube.
6. Close the cover of saliva collector tube and mix the solution.
